The post-doctoral researcher will be working in an inspiring and collaborative research environment. This ambitious project aims to define the quantitative molecular signature of tissue resident immune cells in healthy tissue and in colorectal cancer cells. Using single cell approaches combined with imaging, spatial transcriptomics and bioinformatic approaches, you will unveil the topology of the tissue and tumor and define the interplay the immune cells with the surrounding cancer and stromal cells.

The highly motivated and ambitious post-docs will join our internationally renowned research team in the Department of Molecular Biology, located at the Radboud Institute for Molecular Life Sciences (RIMLS), Faculty of Science in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. We offer a first-class international research environment in regulation of gene expression and epigenetics using state-of-the-art genomic, single cell analysis, proteomic technologies and bioinformatics. We run our own Next-Generation Sequencers, Single cell equipment, Mass Spectrometers and we accommodate a bioinformatics team and a local computational infrastructure.
